Forgotten your Username or Password

Your Username and Password were included in the membership kit you received when you joined Empire Trade Exchange International. If you have forgotten them, please [email protected] and your username and password will be forwarded to you.

Retreive Lost Username / Password

This information can only be forwarded to the email address we have on record for the account. For privacy and security reasons, we cannot forward this information to another email address.

If you are not online, please call head office on +61 [3] 5233 1305 and identify yourself by quoting your PIN and we can tell you the username and password. For privacy and security reasons, if you cannot quote your account PIN, we cannot give you any information on the account. It will be necessary for the account holder to write to Head Office requesting this information be mailed to them.

All members can change their password online. If you have changed your original password, we will have to reset it and issue you with a new password.

If is very important for you to keep us up to date with changes of address or contact details.

I enter my username and password, but I don’t get access

Delete everything from the username and password box and retype your username and password exactly as it is spelled, with no spaces or full stops. The username and password are NOT case sensitive

If you still can’t gain access, please email Head Office on +61 [3] 5233 1305 and ask for the Membership Accounts Department.
